- ½ cup arugula
- ½ cup baby spinach
- ½ cup chopped asparagus
- ½ cup chopped broccoli
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 2 cups chamomile tea
- Place arugula, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, garlic, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining tea while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
