  • ½ cup arugula
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup chopped asparagus
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 2 cups chamomile tea

Directions

  • Place arugula, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, garlic, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining tea while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
