Ants on a Log

Both peanut butter and raisins are very high in protein. The celery stalk is not only yummy, it’s nearly calorie free. Use celery instead of crackers whenever possible.

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 4 tsp. peanut butter
  • ¼ cup raisins


  • Clean and chop the ends off of celery stalks.
  • Smear 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each stalk. Top peanut butter with 6 or so raisins per stalk.
