Appetizer Meatballs

Combine the cooked meatballs in a slow cooker with your favorite tomato sauce to enhance the flavor of these versatile meatballs.

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. pepper


  • Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine with your clean hands. Shape the resulting mixture into approximately 24 small meatballs.
  • Add meatballs to a 2- or 4-quart slow cooker, cover, and cook on high until meatballs are cooked through, about 4 hours.
  • Turn heat to low and keep warm before serving.
