Applesauce is available in several versions; you can find chunky applesauce, smooth applesauce, and organic applesauce.

- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 large apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 4 ice cubes
- Place applesauce, yogurt, cinnamon, and apple in a blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend or process until thick. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
