Apple-Cinnamon Smoothie

Applesauce is available in several versions; you can find chunky applesauce, smooth applesauce, and organic applesauce.

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1⁄2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1⁄2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 large apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 4 ice cubes


  • Place applesauce, yogurt, cinnamon, and apple in a blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes and blend or process until thick. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
