An Apple-a-Day Smoothie

- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 apples, peeled and cored
- 1½ cups coconut milk
- Layer the spinach in the blender’s container.

- Add milk slowly while blending until desired texture is achieved.
