Apple Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Toss this tart, tangy, absolutely delicious dressing with salad greens or use as a base for sautéed spinach, Swiss chard, or kale.

- 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dry ground mustard
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground white pepper
- Place all the ingredients into a small bowl and whisk well to combine.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
