Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 apples, cored
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 2 cups ice

Directions

  • Slice apples and layer in a shallow baking dish. Add water to cover the bottom of the baking dish, and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until apples are fork-tender.
  • Combine cooked apples, banana, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla, and almond milk in the blender with ½ cup of the ice and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining ice gradually while blending until desired consistency is reached.
