Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 apple, cored and cut into chunks
  • ½ cup silken tofu
  • 1 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
