Apple and Walnut Salad
This recipe calls for vanilla yogurt, but feel free to experiment with other varieties of vanilla yogurt, such as vanilla with peaches. For added protein, serve with cheddar cheese slices.

- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 small apple, cored and chopped
- 1⁄3 cup walnut pieces
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat vanilla yogurt
- In a medium bowl, combine the celery with the chopped apple and walnut pieces.
- Drizzle yogurt over salad. Serve immediately, or cover and chill.
