- ½ cup apricot preserves
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice or pineapple juice
- Place preserves in a small saucepan and stir in orange or pineapple juice.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and strain if desired.
- Cool. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
