Asian Chicken Salad

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 3 oz. cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds
- ¼ cup mandarin oranges
- 1 Tbsp. fat-free sesame ginger dressing
