Asian Coleslaw Bowl

Any prepared coleslaw mix will work here, but a kale and Brussels sprouts combo is a favorite. Cabbage or broccoli slaw also tastes great on this one.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coleslaw
  • 2 Tbsp. avocado oil
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • ½ cup sliced grilled chicken
  • ½ medium avocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced
  • ½ cup sliced cucumbers
  • 2 small radishes, sliced
  • 3 strawberries, hulled and sliced

Directions

  • Toss slaw with oil, vinegar, aminos, and honey. Top with chicken, avocado, cucumbers, radishes, and strawberries.
