Asian Coleslaw Bowl
Any prepared coleslaw mix will work here, but a kale and Brussels sprouts combo is a favorite. Cabbage or broccoli slaw also tastes great on this one.

- 2 cups shredded coleslaw
- 2 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- ½ cup sliced grilled chicken
- ½ medium avocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced
- ½ cup sliced cucumbers
- 2 small radishes, sliced
- 3 strawberries, hulled and sliced
- Toss slaw with oil, vinegar, aminos, and honey. Top with chicken, avocado, cucumbers, radishes, and strawberries.
