  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup chopped asparagus
  • 1⁄2 medium lemon, peeled
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water


  • Place spinach, asparagus, lemon, garlic, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
