Avocado Bagel Sandwich
This sandwich is on an untoasted bagel, so be sure to use a fresh, chewy bagel. You can also slice the bagel in thirds horizontally, adding another slice of onion and avocado.

- 2 Tbsp. guacamole
- 1 large bagel, sliced
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 6 thin slices cucumber
- 1 slice tomato
- ½ medium avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- ¼ cup bean sprouts
- Spread the guacamole on both halves of the bagel.
- Layer the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, avocado, and sprouts on the bottom half of the bagel.
- Top with the other half of the bagel and cut the sandwich in half.
