Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados, halved lengthwise and pitted
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Scoop some avocado out of each half to create a well. Crack 1 egg directly into each avocado half. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake 15 minutes on a baking sheet or until egg is cooked to desired doneness.
