This quick blended smoothie is a sweet treat when you’re looking for something refreshing that resembles a milkshake. In the Philippines, Brazil, Indonesia, Vietnam, and south India, avocados are often used in milkshakes. If you are craving a delicious chocolate treat try this recipe with added cacao nibs.

  • 1 medium ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ medium kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. raw honey
  • 4 ice cubes

  • In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
