Avocado Oil Italian Dressing

You can make this more of a traditional Italian dressing by using light olive oil in place of avocado. Give it an Asian kick by using toasted sesame oil instead.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Directions

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  • Serve immediately, or store at room temperature and shake or mix well before serving.
