Avocado Parsley Cream Sauce
Make this recipe only when you plan to use it right away. If you let it sit, the avocado tends to separate from the milk and cream.

- 1 large avocado
- ½ cup full fat canned coconut milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1½ Tbsp. lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
