Avocado Toast with Egg

Ingredients
- 2 slices multigrain bread, toasted
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 Simple Truth™ Eggs, hard-cooked, peeled and sliced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon Private Selection™ Adobo Spice Blend
Directions
- Gently smash ½ an avocado with a fork on each piece of toast, top with egg slices and season with salt and adobo seasoning. Serve immediately.
