Avocado Toast with Egg

  • 2 slices multigrain bread, toasted
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 Simple Truth™ Eggs, hard-cooked, peeled and sliced
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon Private Selection™ Adobo Spice Blend


  • Gently smash ½ an avocado with a fork on each piece of toast, top with egg slices and season with salt and adobo seasoning. Serve immediately.
