This creamy, dreamy avocado dressing is like a spicy, lime-spiked vegan mayonnaise. It’s light, whipped, and fantastically flavorful!   • 2 Tbsp. tahini
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1½ tsp. agave nectar
  • ½ tsp. ground coriander
  • ⅛ tsp. ground cayenne

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container, refrigerate, and use within 2 days.
