Awesome Apple-Banana Smoothie
Your kids will love this healthy milkshake. Feel free to alternate fruits such as mango, melon or berries.

- 1 cup lowfat milk
- 1⁄2 cup no-sugar-added apple juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 medium banana, peeled and chopped
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
- Mix all ingredients in a blender, adding the ice slowly. Blend until smooth.
