- 3 lbs. Jonathan apples, peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker and cover.
- Cook on high until apples are very soft and form applesauce when stirred, about 2–2½ hours.
