Baby Back Ribs
You can use any kind of barbecue sauce you wish for this recipe. The trick is to cook the ribs in the sauce.

- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 lbs. baby back ribs, cut into 1 rib pieces
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup tomato juice
- ½ cup orange juice
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ribs to the skillet and cook until lightly brown, about 3–4 minutes each side.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cover. Cook over very low heat for 1 hour.
- Remove the ribs and continue cooking the sauce until it is reduced to 1 cup, about 5–8 minutes. Serve sauce with ribs for dipping.
