Bacon-Wrapped Maple Scallops
Easy to make, these scallops can make for elegant dinner fare or talk-of-the-party hors d’oeuvres.

- 20 sea scallops
- 10 slices bacon, halved
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- Preheat broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Wrap each scallop with bacon; secure with a toothpick and transfer to baking sheet. Brush evenly with maple syrup.
- Broil 10–12 minutes, turning once, until bacon is fully cooked on all sides. Serve immediately.
