Baked Corn Chips
Instead of stocking up with bags of oily chips and crackers, keep corn tortillas in the fridge and bake up an exact amount of chips whenever you want.

- 10 corn tortillas
- 1 tsp. salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cover 2 cookie sheets with nonstick spray.
- Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Scatter wedges onto cookie sheets.
- Spray wedges with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 12 minutes.
