Baked Grapefruit

Choose grapefruit that is slightly reddish in color and whose skin bounces back when you press on it lightly. This indicates that the grapefruit is ripe and will be much more flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 large pink grapefruit, cut in half
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. granulated stevia

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place grapefruit cut-side up on baking sheet. Sprinkle each half with ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ginger, and ½ teaspoon stevia.
  • Roast 15 minutes. Serve warm.
