- 1 large pink grapefruit, cut in half
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. granulated stevia
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place grapefruit cut-side up on baking sheet. Sprinkle each half with ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ginger, and ½ teaspoon stevia.
- Roast 15 minutes. Serve warm.
