Baked Ham with Soy Glaze
This is a great recipe for those occasions when you want to entertain your guests instead of being stuck in the kitchen cooking. Serve with baked potatoes.

- 2 Tbsp. gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tsp. honey mustard
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. pineapple juice
- 1 precooked ham (3 lbs.)
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey mustard, brown sugar, and pineapple juice to make the glaze.
- Place the ham on a baking sheet and baste with the glaze.
- Bake for 45 minutes, brushing with the glaze several times during the cooking process. Let cool slightly before slicing.
