- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ¼ cup skim milk
- ½ tsp. salt
- 4 sole fillets (4 oz. each)
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs with dill in a shallow bowl. Combine eggs, milk, and salt in second shallow bowl.
- Dip the sole in the egg mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs. Place breaded sole on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
