Baked Tortilla Chips
Instead of stocking up with bags of oily chips and crackers, keep corn tortillas in the fridge and bake up an exact amount of chips whenever the need arises.

- 10 fat-free corn tortillas
- 2 tsp. salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spray 2 large baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Scatter wedges onto baking sheets.
- Spray wedges with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 12 minutes.
