Balsamic Vinegar Marinade

Balsamic vinegar gives this marinade a sharp edge. Use with 1 pound of flank steak. Marinate the meat for at least 1 hour before grilling or broiling.

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh basil

  • Smash, peel, and chop the garlic cloves. Combine all the ingredients.
