Banana Chocolate Smoothie
This smoothie can be adapted to suit your taste. Feel free to leave out the egg yolk if you’re not comfortable with raw eggs.

- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 large frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
