Banana Chocolate Smoothie

This smoothie can be adapted to suit your taste. Feel free to leave out the egg yolk if you’re not comfortable with raw eggs.

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 large frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup ice cubes


  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
