Banana Coconut Nice Cream
Keep a stash of bananas in your freezer and you can enjoy ice cream without heavy cream, milk, or tablespoons of sugar. This recipe can be easily multiplied to make additional servings.

- 1 ripe medium banana, frozen
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1⁄2 tsp. shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- Place banana and remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
