Banana Fig Nog
Variety is the spice of life—and that includes a variety of fruits. There are so many ways to have a lip-smacking variety of recipes that donʼt aggravate lactose intolerance.

- 1 cup soy milk
- 6 fresh ripe small black figs, cut in half
- 3 Tbsp. roasted cashews
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 medium frozen banana, peeled and cut in chunks
- Pour the soy milk into blender. Add figs, cashews, vanilla, nutmeg, ice cubes, and banana leaving a few chunks in reserve. Blend until smooth, garnish with remaining banana, and serve immediately.
