Banana Fig Nog

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 6 fresh ripe small black figs, cut in half
  • 3 Tbsp. roasted cashews
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 medium frozen banana, peeled and cut in chunks


  • Pour the soy milk into blender. Add figs, cashews, vanilla, nutmeg, ice cubes, and banana leaving a few chunks in reserve. Blend until smooth, garnish with remaining banana, and serve immediately.
