Banana Malted Soy Milk Shake
The bananas are the prime source of fiber in this lovely smoothie. If you like chocolate, make this using chocolate frozen yogurt instead of vanilla.

- 2 medium bananas, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. malt powder
- 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup soy milk
- 1 tsp. honey
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
