Banana Nut Cake

You can drizzle honey over each slice of cake to add some scrumptious sweetness.

  • 1 box (18 oz.) yellow cake mix
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1 cup Egg Beaters
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil


  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 2 loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and walnuts. Add the milk, bananas, Egg Beaters, and oil, and mix well.
  • Spread batter into baking pans. Bake for 40 minutes or until browned on top.
