Banana Nut Cake
You can drizzle honey over each slice of cake to add some scrumptious sweetness.

- 1 box (18 oz.) yellow cake mix
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1 cup Egg Beaters
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 2 loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and walnuts. Add the milk, bananas, Egg Beaters, and oil, and mix well.
- Spread batter into baking pans. Bake for 40 minutes or until browned on top.
