Banana-Nutter Sandwich

Move over PB & J, there’s a new sandwich in town. This one is wheat-free and uses bananas instead of jelly.

  • 1 loaf gluten-free bread
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 large bananas, peeled and sliced

Directions

  • Slice loaf of bread into 12 slices.
  • Spread peanut butter on 6 slices, then add sliced bananas. Place remaining bread slices on top to make a sandwich.
