Banana-Peach-Strawberry Smoothie

Add a little low- or nonfat peach or banana yogurt to get even more flavor out of this delicious smoothie.

  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small peach, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 2 strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • ½ cup skim milk


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
