Basic Breakfast Sandwich
Whole-grain bread is your best choice when it comes to breads at breakfast. It's significantly higher in fiber than bagels and regular white bread.

- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- ½ cup Egg Beaters
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- ⅛ ground white pepper
- 1 slice fat-free American cheese
- Toast bread.
- Pour eggs, salt, and pepper into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave egg mixture for 1 minute on high or until egg is thoroughly cooked.
- Place eggs on one slice of bread, add cheese, and top with the other slice.
