Basic Tuna Salad
White albacore tuna packed in water can be a heart-healthy choice of omega-3 fatty acids for salads and meals.

- 1 can (5 oz.) white albacore tuna packed in water
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- In a medium bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until blended. Top with chives.
