Basil Lemon Mustard Vinaigrette

Fresh basil brings a sweet Italian flair to any grain, pasta, or bean salad. Other herbs that can be used are parsley, dill, cilantro, and arugula.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup fresh basil, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. shoyu

Directions

  • In a blender or food processor, mix all ingredients except shoyu together.
  • Season with shoyu.
