"Beet" the Bloat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 beet, chopped
  • 3 medium apples, peeled and cored
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • ¼" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups green tea

Directions

  • Place beet, apples, lemon, and ginger with 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup tea, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved. Serve over ice.
