- 1 cup chopped beet greens
- 3 medium beets, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup pitted cherries
- 2 cups purified water
- Place beet greens, beets, cherries, and 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining cup of water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
