Ingredients
- 2 large carrots, trimmed
- 1 medium beet, trimmed and tailed
- 1⁄2 cup watercress
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
Directions
- Process the carrots, beet, and watercress through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Add the onion and the garlic.
- Whisk or shake the juice to combine the ingredients and serve over ice.
