Ingredients

  • 2 large carrots, trimmed
  • 1 medium beet, trimmed and tailed
  • ½ cup watercress
  • ¼ cup red onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled

Directions

  • Process the carrots, beet, and watercress through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  • Add the onion and the garlic.
  • Whisk or shake the juice to combine the ingredients and serve over ice.
