  • 1 medium beet
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled
  • 2 large apples, cored
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 3 cups brewed green tea, divided
  • 1 cup crushed ice


  • Combine beet, carrots, apples, banana, 1 1⁄2 cups tea, and ice in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 1⁄2 cups tea while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
