This hot-pink drink makes a beautiful morning treat! Beets give this smoothie a unique sweet flavor and a nice dose of vitamins A, B, and C.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cold water
  • ½ cup chopped frozen beets
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 large apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup

Directions

  • In a blender, combine the ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
