  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, tops removed
  • 2 cups blueberry kefir


  • Place bananas, berries, and 1 cup kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup kefir, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
