Berry-Almond Smoothie
Try some variations on this basic antioxidant-rich smoothie by replacing almond butter with cashew butter or sunflower seed butter and adding a couple of teaspoons of raw cacao powder.

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup pitted cherries
- 1⁄4 cup blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup blackberries
- 1⁄4 cup raspberries
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1⁄4 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup baby kale
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. natural almond butter
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
