Berry and Banana Protein Shake

Blend up a frozen delight filled with bright flavors from mixed berries, banana and energizing protein powder.

  • 1 cup Simple Truth™ Coconut Water
  • 1 scoop plant protein or favorite powdered protein
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium banana, peeled


  • Place all ingredients in a blender container; cover. Blend starting on a low speed and move to high speed until well blended, 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve. Garnish with additional berries, if desired.
