Berry and Banana Protein Shake
Blend up a frozen delight filled with bright flavors from mixed berries, banana and energizing protein powder.

- 1 cup Simple Truth™ Coconut Water
- 1 scoop plant protein or favorite powdered protein
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- Place all ingredients in a blender container; cover. Blend starting on a low speed and move to high speed until well blended, 1-2 minutes.
- Serve. Garnish with additional berries, if desired.
