Berry Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 apple, cored and peeled
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • ½" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place romaine, berries, apple, banana, ginger, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup of water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
