Berry Detox Smoothie

- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 apple, cored and peeled
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 piece (1⁄2 inch) ginger, peeled
- 2 cups purified water
- Place romaine, berries, apple, banana, ginger, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup of water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
