A Berry Great Morning Smoothie

  • 2 cups mixed baby greens
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk


  • Combine greens, berries, and banana and blend thoroughly.
  • While blending, add soy milk slowly until desired texture is achieved.
